How to Properly Clear Your Cache
Clearing your cache on your browser can solve many of your CRM issues. Approximately 75% of Onsite CRM tech support calls can be fixed by using this simple technique.
USE ONLY GOOGLE CHROME ON PC OR MAC.
Have all users login to their CRM and follow the keyboard sequence below. Before requesting support please make sure you have tried clearing your cache.
FOR PC USERS:
Press: (Ctrl + Shift + R) on your keyboard to clear cache on your CRM.
For MAC Users:
Press: (Command + Shift + R) on your keyboard to clear cache on your CRM.
*Important: If you are in the middle of entering data please make sure all information is saved prior to preforming this task. Failure to do so may cause a loss in data.
