The CRM provides detailed analytics, provided by our powerful reporting suite. Easily access call reports, email reporting, SMS messaging reports, conversion ratios, speed to contact, and any other customized reports you want. These reports can be exported to Excel and PDF file.
OnSite CRM provides an overview of overall, group, and campaign performance determined by the date and preferences chosen. To view and export more detailed information, go to the Reporting dropdown in the top navigation bar and choose which report to view.
