Manage Statuses with OnSite CRM

Manage Statuses

Menu: Administration > Manage Status

In the Manage Status Settings, you are able to control the following:

  1. Add New Status
  2. Manage Hidden Statuses
  3. Manage Milestones within Statuses



How to Add a Status

Adding a status is easy. You will find the + Add New Status button in the top right corner of the CRM screen. 

  1. Enter the new status information into the manage status fields.
  2. Choose the status type.
  3. Choose the trigger workflow if applicable.
  4. Press the orange "Save" button in the upper right hand corner of the CRM.

Managing Hidden Statuses

By clicking on the orange "Manage Hidden Statuses" in the upper right hand corner of the CRM, you are able to manage hidden statuses within the settings options. This feature allows managers to filter out statuses that should be hidden from the status category.


How to Assign Statuses to Milestones

After creating a status, you have the ability to attach statuses to milestones. This feature prompts email triggers, status changes, or other actions that are associated with milestones. To assign statuses to milestones, click the dark blue mail icon in the right hand column of the status view. Here you are able to assign and remove milestones to the selected status.
